We visited Integrated Systems Europe ISE 2015 expo in Amsterdam from 10 to 12 of February expecting to be as thrilling, energizing, absorbing and rewarding as they were promising… and it was!
Thrilling
Today’s AV technology, properly applied, brings content to the next level: projection mapping on a Tesla car at Panasonic’s booth was the best example, attracting hundreds of visitors every day.
Energizing
It was great to meet several AV professional from Asia, bringing to Europe new technologies and concepts such as Robotic Signage, as an evolution from Smart Signage.
Absorbing
Lars Thomsen opening keynote at ISE 2015 was titled 520 Weeks into the Future: Trends and Tipping Points in the Electronic Systems Industry until 2025 and, actually, some of the newest technologies that will change how we communicate in the future could be found among exhibitors: 3D, virtual reality and augmented reality being our favorites.
Rewarding
ISE is about networking and we not only met tens of top professionals in the AV industry (some of them present thanks to crowdfunding) but also Princess Leia was there!
